At ADtech, our factory and workshops embody a full‑scale production ecosystem designed for the high‑precision demands of the aluminum casting industry. Founded in 2012 and operating out of a modern facility covering over 20,000 m² in Wenxian, China, our manufacturing complex integrates research, production, assembly and testing under one roof.

Within our workshops, advanced production lines craft our core equipment—online degassing units, plate‑type filtering units, ceramic foam filters, launders and flow‑control components—using high‑silica, high‑temperature refractory materials and fully automated assembly methods. For example, our integrated launder systems employ high‑silicon melting‑material linings for corrosion resistance and molten‑metal non‑stick performance.

Quality assurance is embedded at every step: from raw‑material inspection to in‑line testing of degassing rotors and filtration modules, each batch goes through rigorous evaluation protocols. As a factory certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (and verified by SGS) we deliver compliance, stability and reproducibility for global aluminum foundries.

Our experienced engineering team of over 18 senior professionals and more than 200 staff manage everything from process development to final logistic preparation, enabling ADtech to serve customers in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and beyond.
