As fundi\u00e7\u00f5es que utilizam filtros de zirc\u00f3nio ADtech relatam uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa dos defeitos de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, propriedades mec\u00e2nicas melhoradas do a\u00e7o e uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da margem de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando diretamente em taxas de refugo mais baixas e maior rentabilidade.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"8\">1. Defini\u00e7\u00e3o da Zirc\u00f3nia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-adtech.com\/pt\/produto\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">Filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Um filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica de zirc\u00f3nio \u00e9 uma estrutura cer\u00e2mica reticulada altamente porosa, concebida especificamente para a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7o fundido, ligas de a\u00e7o e superligas. Mecanismos de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o: Como funciona<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">Compreender o funcionamento de um filtro de espuma de cer\u00e2mica de zirc\u00f3nio ajuda na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o correta. N\u00e3o se trata apenas de uma peneira. O processo de filtragem envolve tr\u00eas mecanismos f\u00edsicos e qu\u00edmicos distintos.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"26\">Crivagem e peneiramento<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27\">Trata-se da interce\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica das part\u00edculas. Qualquer inclus\u00e3o maior que o tamanho do poro da face do filtro \u00e9 bloqueada imediatamente. Normalmente, trata-se de macro-inclus\u00f5es como gr\u00e3os de areia do molde ou grandes peda\u00e7os de esc\u00f3ria de panela.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"28\">Filtragem de bolos<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29\">Uma vez iniciado o derrame, forma-se um \u201cbolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d na face de entrada do filtro. Este bolo \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo pelas part\u00edculas grandes capturadas. Esta camada torna-se ela pr\u00f3pria um filtro, capaz de reter part\u00edculas ainda mais finas do que os poros cer\u00e2micos originais. A efici\u00eancia aumenta durante o derrame.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"30\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-adtech.com\/pt\/produto\/deep-bed-filtration-equipment\/\">Filtragem de leito profundo<\/a> (Adsor\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31\">Este \u00e9 o mecanismo mais cr\u00edtico para o a\u00e7o de alta qualidade. Pequenas inclus\u00f5es, muitas vezes mais pequenas do que os poros do filtro, fluem atrav\u00e9s da estrutura reticulada. O caminho tortuoso for\u00e7a o metal fundido a mudar de dire\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1rias vezes. Devido \u00e0 tens\u00e3o superficial e \u00e0 afinidade qu\u00edmica, estas inclus\u00f5es microsc\u00f3picas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas aderem aos filamentos cer\u00e2micos (struts) no interior do filtro.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"32\">Retifica\u00e7\u00e3o de caudal<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\">Para al\u00e9m da filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, os filtros de zirc\u00f3nio ADtech rectificam o fluxo. O metal fundido derramado de uma panela \u00e9 turbulento. O fluxo turbulento aprisiona o ar e corr\u00f3i a areia do molde. A estrutura celular do filtro converte este fluxo turbulento em fluxo laminar. O fluxo laminar preenche suavemente a cavidade do molde, evitando defeitos de re-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e eros\u00e3o do molde.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"35\">4. Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do PPI (poros por polegada) correto<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"36\">A escolha do PPI determina o equil\u00edbrio entre a efici\u00eancia da filtragem e o caudal. Um PPI mais elevado significa mais poros, uma filtragem mais fina, mas uma elevada resist\u00eancia ao caudal. Estudo de caso: Reduzir a sucata na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7o autom\u00f3vel<\/h2>\n<p>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o: Bursa, Turquia<\/p>\n<p>Data: 15 de junho de 2023 - 20 de agosto de 2023<\/p>\n<p>Cliente: Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00f3vel de n\u00edvel 1 (an\u00f3nimo)<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"43\">O desafio<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"44\">A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o produz juntas de suspens\u00e3o em a\u00e7o fundido. No in\u00edcio de 2023, registaram uma taxa de refugo de 8,5%. O principal defeito foi identificado como inclus\u00f5es de \u00f3xido n\u00e3o met\u00e1lico e defeitos de superf\u00edcie causados por enchimento turbulento. Estavam a utilizar um sistema padr\u00e3o de gating de areia de s\u00edlica sem filtragem.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"45\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46\">A equipa de engenheiros da ADtech analisou o sistema de gating. Recomend\u00e1mos a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de um <b>Filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica de zirc\u00f3nio 50x50x22mm 10 PPI<\/b> diretamente para a barra de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"47\">A especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 PPI foi escolhida para suportar o peso de vazamento de 45 kg por molde sem causar cortes a frio (solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o prematura). O material de zirc\u00f3nio era necess\u00e1rio porque a temperatura de vazamento era de 1620\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"48\">Os resultados<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"49\">Ap\u00f3s um per\u00edodo experimental de dois meses, que terminou em agosto de 2023, os dados foram conclusivos:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"50\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50,0,0\"><b>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa de sucata:<\/b> Caiu de 8,5% para 2,1%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50,1,0\"><b>Vida \u00fatil da maquinagem:<\/b> A vida \u00fatil da ferramenta de corte no departamento CNC aumentou em 15% porque o a\u00e7o continha menos inclus\u00f5es de \u00f3xido duro.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50,2,0\"><b>Controlo do fluxo:<\/b> O fluxo laminar eliminou os defeitos de eros\u00e3o da areia perto da entrada do port\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">Este caso valida que o custo do filtro \u00e9 insignificante em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as poupan\u00e7as em pe\u00e7as de refugo e energia.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"53\">6. Processo de fabrico e garantia de qualidade<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"54\">A ADtech utiliza uma linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente automatizada para garantir a consist\u00eancia.
