A estrutura interna replica um precursor de espuma de poliuretano, que se queima durante a cozedura, deixando para tr\u00e1s uma rede cer\u00e2mica. Esta composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica espec\u00edfica determina a resist\u00eancia do filtro ao choque t\u00e9rmico, a temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamento e a in\u00e9rcia qu\u00edmica contra metais fundidos como o alum\u00ednio, o ferro e o a\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<h3><b>1. A Estrutura Qu\u00edmica Central dos Filtros Cer\u00e2micos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Para compreender verdadeiramente o desempenho de um produto de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o ADtech, temos de analisar as mat\u00e9rias-primas a um n\u00edvel molecular. A composi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se resume apenas ao agregado de base; envolve um equil\u00edbrio complexo de agregados, ligantes e modificadores reol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<h4><b>1.1 Agregados refract\u00e1rios de base<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">O componente principal, que constitui 70% a 90% da massa final, \u00e9 o agregado refrat\u00e1rio. Este material suporta a carga t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b>Alumina (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"Al_2O_3\">Al2O3<\/span>):<\/b> Utilizado predominantemente para a filtragem de alum\u00ednio. Oferece estabilidade at\u00e9 1100\u00b0C. A composi\u00e7\u00e3o envolve normalmente part\u00edculas de alfa-alumina que proporcionam uma elevada resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\"><b>Carboneto de sil\u00edcio (SiC):<\/b> A norma para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ferro e cobre. Os filtros SiC s\u00e3o compostos por gr\u00e3os de carboneto de sil\u00edcio ligados a uma fase v\u00edtrea rica em s\u00edlica. Esta composi\u00e7\u00e3o resiste a temperaturas at\u00e9 1500\u00b0C e proporciona uma excelente condutividade t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\"><b>Zirc\u00f3nio (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"ZrO_2\">ZrO2<\/span>):<\/b> Necess\u00e1rio para a filtragem de a\u00e7o. \u00c9 utilizada Zirc\u00f3nia Parcialmente Estabilizada (PSZ), frequentemente estabilizada com Magn\u00e9sia (MgO) ou \u00cdtria (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"Y_2O_3\">Y2O3<\/span>) para evitar a fissura\u00e7\u00e3o por transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de fase. An\u00e1lise pormenorizada dos tipos de materiais<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Diferentes ambientes de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o exigem composi\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas distintas. Classificamo-las com base no metal fundido com o qual interagem.<\/p>\n<h4><b>2.1 Composi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio (alumina) CFF<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\">Os filtros de espuma cer\u00e2mica de alumina (CFF) utilizam um sistema de alta alumina ligado a fosfato.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"22\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\"><b>Ingrediente principal:<\/b> Alumina calcinada (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"Al_2O_3\">Al2O3<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\"><b>Aglutinante ativo:<\/b> Ortofosfato de alum\u00ednio (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"AlPO_4\">AlPO4<\/span>). Este ligante cura a temperaturas mais baixas e ganha resist\u00eancia durante o processo de sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\"><b>Aditivos:<\/b> Podem ser introduzidas pequenas quantidades de \u00f3xido de magn\u00e9sio (MgO) para controlar o crescimento de cristais e melhorar a resist\u00eancia ao choque t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\">A qu\u00edmica aqui centra-se na n\u00e3o reatividade com o alum\u00ednio fundido. Se a composi\u00e7\u00e3o contiver s\u00edlica livre (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"SiO_2\">SiO2<\/span>), poderia reagir com o magn\u00e9sio em certas ligas de alum\u00ednio, causando falhas estruturais. Esta \u00e9 frequentemente criada utilizando p\u00f3 de alum\u00ednio e s\u00edlica de fumo que reagem durante a cozedura para formar mulita (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"3Al_2O_3\u00b72SiO_2\">3Al2O3-2SiO2<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0\"><b>Controlo das impurezas:<\/b> \u00d3xido de ferro (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"Fe_2O_3\">Fe2O3<\/span>) e \u00c1lcalis (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"Na_2O\">Na2O<\/span>, <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"K_2O\">K2O<\/span>) deve ser mantido a um n\u00edvel m\u00ednimo para evitar a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da refractariedade sob carga.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>2.3 Composi\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro de zirc\u00f3nio<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">A composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos filtros de zirc\u00f3nio \u00e9 a mais cr\u00edtica devido ao calor extremo do a\u00e7o fundido.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"29\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\"><b>Ingrediente principal:<\/b> Zirc\u00f3nio monocl\u00ednico.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,1,0\"><b>Estabilizadores:<\/b> A zirc\u00f3nia pura sofre uma mudan\u00e7a de volume destrutiva quando aquecida. Adicionamos \u00d3xido de Magn\u00e9sio (MgO) para criar \u201cZirc\u00f3nia Estabilizada com Magn\u00e9sia\u201d. Isto garante que a pasta cer\u00e2mica penetre profundamente nos filamentos da espuma.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"35,2,0\"><b>Queimadura:<\/b> Durante a sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o, o poliuretano decomp\u00f5e-se. A composi\u00e7\u00e3o cer\u00e2mica deve ser autoportante antes que a espuma crie g\u00e1s e saia da estrutura. Se a formula\u00e7\u00e3o cer\u00e2mica for demasiado fraca (baixa resist\u00eancia verde), o filtro desmorona-se quando a espuma desaparece.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>4. Impacto dos aditivos de sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o no desempenho<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"38\">Os adjuvantes de sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o elementos menores na lista de composi\u00e7\u00e3o que t\u00eam impactos importantes. Estes produtos qu\u00edmicos reduzem a temperatura a que as part\u00edculas cer\u00e2micas se ligam.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"39\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"39,0,0\"><b>Argila de caulino:<\/b> Utilizado em filtros de SiC. Proporciona plasticidade durante a fase de moldagem e forma uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o cer\u00e2mica ap\u00f3s a cozedura.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"39,1,0\"><b>Talco:<\/b> Por vezes utilizado para introduzir o magn\u00e9sio, que ajuda na resist\u00eancia ao choque t\u00e9rmico ao diminuir o coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica (CTE).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"39,2,0\"><b>Carbono:<\/b> Em alguns filtros especializados, o carbono \u00e9 retido na liga\u00e7\u00e3o para melhorar as propriedades de n\u00e3o humedecimento contra esc\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"40\">Os engenheiros da ADtech controlam rigorosamente o r\u00e1cio destes aditivos. Um excesso de aditivos de sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o pode criar uma \u201cfase v\u00edtrea\u201d que amolece a altas temperaturas, levando \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro durante o vazamento.<\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Propriedades f\u00edsicas derivadas da composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43\">A qu\u00edmica determina diretamente o comportamento f\u00edsico do filtro na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4><b>5.1 Resist\u00eancia ao choque t\u00e9rmico<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"45\">\u00c9 a capacidade de suportar mudan\u00e7as r\u00e1pidas de temperatura sem fissurar.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"46\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,0,0\"><b>O fator qu\u00edmico:<\/b> Os materiais com coeficientes de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica baixos (como a s\u00edlica fundida ou o SiC) suportam melhor o choque. A alumina tem uma expans\u00e3o mais elevada, pelo que o sistema aglutinante deve ser suficientemente flex\u00edvel para absorver o stress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\"><b>O mecanismo:<\/b> Quando o metal fundido atinge um filtro frio, a temperatura salta da temperatura ambiente para 700\u00b0C+ em segundos. A composi\u00e7\u00e3o de SiC conduz o calor rapidamente, igualando o gradiente de temperatura.
