Para muitas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o industrial, especialmente pe\u00e7as estruturais n\u00e3o cr\u00edticas, o azoto pode ser eficaz quando aplicado corretamente. No entanto, o \u00e1rgon, sendo mais denso e menos sol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio a temperaturas t\u00edpicas de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, produz frequentemente uma remo\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida do hidrog\u00e9nio e bolhas de tamanho mais pequeno para as mesmas configura\u00e7\u00f5es de equipamento. Se as bolhas de g\u00e1s forem grandes ou distribu\u00eddas de forma desigual, a efici\u00eancia da desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o diminui. Isto explica porque \u00e9 que a geometria do rotor, a secura do g\u00e1s e a velocidade do rotor est\u00e3o entre os par\u00e2metros operacionais mais cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5795\" data-end=\"5861\">M\u00e9todos comuns de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o com azoto utilizados nas fundi\u00e7\u00f5es de alum\u00ednio<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"5863\" data-end=\"5898\">Desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o rotativa com g\u00e1s inerte<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5899\" data-end=\"6201\">Os dispositivos rotativos utilizam um rotor rotativo de grafite ou cer\u00e2mica para dispersar o azoto na massa fundida, produzindo bolhas finas e uma circula\u00e7\u00e3o ativa.
