data-math=\"ZrO_2\">ZrO2<\/span>)<\/strong>-\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u30bb\u30e9\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30fb\u30d0\u30a4\u30f3\u30c0\u30fc\u3068\u713c\u7d50\u5264\u3067\u7d50\u5408\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\u5185\u90e8\u69cb\u9020\u306f\u30dd\u30ea\u30a6\u30ec\u30bf\u30f3\u30fb\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u524d\u99c6\u4f53\u3092\u6a21\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u713c\u6210\u4e2d\u306b\u71c3\u713c\u3057\u3066\u30bb\u30e9\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30fb\u30cd\u30c3\u30c8\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u304c\u6b8b\u308b\u3002\u3053\u306e\u7279\u6b8a\u306a\u5316\u5b66\u69cb\u9020\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u30d5\u30a3\u30eb\u30bf\u30fc\u306e\u8010\u71b1\u885d\u6483\u6027\u3001\u6700\u9ad8\u4f7f\u7528\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u30a2\u30eb\u30df\u30cb\u30a6\u30e0\u3001\u9244\u3001\u92fc\u9244\u306a\u3069\u306e\u6eb6\u878d\u91d1\u5c5e\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u4e0d\u6d3b\u6027\u304c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3><b>1.\u30bb\u30e9\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30fb\u30d5\u30a3\u30eb\u30bf\u30fc\u306e\u6838\u3068\u306a\u308b\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u67a0\u7d44\u307f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">ADtech\u308d\u904e\u88fd\u54c1\u306e\u6027\u80fd\u3092\u771f\u306b\u7406\u89e3\u3059\u308b\u306b\u306f\u3001\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3092\u5206\u5b50\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3067\u5206\u6790\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7d44\u6210\u306f\u5358\u306b\u30d9\u30fc\u30b9\u3068\u306a\u308b\u9aa8\u6750\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u9aa8\u6750\u3001\u7d50\u5408\u5264\u3001\u30ec\u30aa\u30ed\u30b8\u30fc\u6539\u826f\u5264\u306e\u8907\u96d1\u306a\u30d0\u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u304c\u95a2\u4fc2\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n<h4><b>1.1 \u30d9\u30fc\u30b9\u8010\u706b\u6027\u9aa8\u6750<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">\u6700\u7d42\u8cea\u91cf\u306e70%\u304b\u308990%\u3092\u5360\u3081\u308b\u4e3b\u6210\u5206\u306f\u3001\u8010\u706b\u6027\u9aa8\u6750\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u3053\u306e\u6750\u6599\u304c\u71b1\u8ca0\u8377\u3092\u8ca0\u62c5\u3059\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul
