Lorsqu'un moule en acier se fissure, il est souvent possible de le souder. Les moules en fer sont notoirement difficiles \u00e0 souder de mani\u00e8re fiable. Elle ob\u00e9it \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles physiques strictes concernant les fronts de solidification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Angles d'\u00e9bauche et lib\u00e9ration<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Pour que le lingot solidifi\u00e9 se d\u00e9tache du moule sans martelage m\u00e9canique, les parois doivent avoir un angle de d\u00e9pouille sp\u00e9cifique. L'ing\u00e9nierie d'AdTech recommande un angle de d\u00e9pouille minimal de 7 \u00e0 10 degr\u00e9s. Cela permet au bloc d'aluminium de s'\u00e9loigner des parois du moule en refroidissant.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Coh\u00e9rence de l'\u00e9paisseur des parois<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Un point de d\u00e9faillance courant dans les moules bon march\u00e9 est l'\u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale des parois. Si les coins sont nettement plus \u00e9pais que les parois lat\u00e9rales, ils retiennent la chaleur plus longtemps. Cela cr\u00e9e des \u201cpoints chauds\u201d o\u00f9 l'aluminium reste liquide alors que le reste s'est solidifi\u00e9. Il en r\u00e9sulte des cavit\u00e9s de retrait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Notre philosophie de conception vise \u00e0 assurer une masse thermique uniforme. Nous utilisons l'analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEA) pour simuler les cycles de refroidissement, en veillant \u00e0 ce que le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s extraient la chaleur \u00e0 un rythme qui favorise la solidification directionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des rev\u00eatements pour moules<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">M\u00eame le moule en acier le plus fin c\u00e9dera si de l'aluminium en fusion entre en contact direct avec le m\u00e9tal nu. L'aluminium a une grande affinit\u00e9 avec le fer.
